Meet the Cline Family!

We’re excited to welcome Jason Cline as the new Preaching Minister at Refocus Church as of April 2022! Jason and his wife, Dani, are the proud parents of three energetic boys: Everet, Griffin, and Miles.

A Steubenville native and 2004 Big Red graduate, Jason is no stranger to Refocus—he previously served as the Youth Minister at FCC over a decade ago. He and Dani met while attending the Masters Commission in Cincinnati, a two-year ministry training program that shaped their early path in church leadership. After completing the program, Jason returned to FCC to serve as the full-time Youth Minister, where he and Dani ministered together for four impactful years.

In 2015, the Clines felt called into a new season and moved to Columbus, Ohio. There, Jason served as the Associate Minister at Croton Church of Christ and later as the Executive Pastor at Foundation Church, which he and Dani helped plant. During those two years of church planting, they continued to grow in faith and leadership.

While in Columbus, Dani became a certified Doula at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s. She has continued to grow in knowledge and experience and is thrilled to bring her passion for serving women and families back to the Ohio Valley.

During their time away, Jason also completed his Bachelor’s in Preaching & Church Leadership and earned a Master’s in Intercultural Studies. Now, both Jason and Dani are excited to be back home and are eager to see what God has in store for Refocus Church and the surrounding community.

Student Minister

Jessie & Lydia

Jessie Burch serves as the Student Minister at ReFocus Christian Church. A native of Follansbee, West Virginia, and a graduate of Brooke High School, Jessie was once a student in the ReFocus youth group himself. Now, he and his wife, Lydia, share a deep passion for helping students grow in their faith and pursue a genuine relationship with God. Together, they are committed to guiding the next generation to live out their faith with purpose and conviction. Outside of ministry, Jessie and Lydia enjoy hiking, spending time outdoors, and seeking God together through His creation.
